1. When will I receive my conference material?
   Your conference handouts will be distributed on the first morning of the conference. Post conference proceedings would be made available on the conference website after the event. Log on to our conference website at http://www.geointelligenceasia.org
2. When should I pay for the conference?
   Payment must be received prior to the conference.
3. How should I pay for the conference?
   Payment can be made online by credit card or debit card or by wire transfer.
4. Are the meals included?
   Yes, all refreshments and conference lunches have been carefully selected to offer you the best in banqueting. Check the agenda for times.
5. How many attendees will be at the conference?
   There would be a presence of around 400 to 500 delegates. Please do ask at our registration desk if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from the day.
6. How can I get to the venue?

7. What about accommodation?
   The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Details of the accommodation options are also included within the conference information, and on the Venue & Accommodation page.
